Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the pressures of caring for others, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to explore your experiences and move towards meaningful change.

I am Kat Jackson, an HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist, Children's Counsellor and CBT Practitioner. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I also offer Parent-Carer Therapy, and Dyadic Therapy.

My approach combines professional expertise with warmth, creativity and a genuine understanding of the challenges that life can bring. Together, we can explore difficulties at your pace and develop strategies to help you feel more confident, connected and emotionally resilient. Currently sessions are online, but i have a waitlist for walk and talk sessions in Derbyshire.

My Approach

Every person's story is unique.

I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches including Art Psychotherapy, Child Counselling, CBT, Somatic Therapy and nature-based therapeutic principles. Therapy can be delivered through talking, creative expression, or a combination of both, depending on your preferences and needs.

You do not need any artistic ability to benefit from creative therapy.
